Significant internal modifications and new roof extension of existing Victorian terrace house.

Our clients came to us with the intention to update, upgrade and add value with an extra bedroom/parental suite in the attic roof space. By re-orienting the stair we were able to achieve a new stair to the attic while capturing light through a skylight into the centre of the house. The result being a lighter and brighter more contemporary terrace with room to grow.
