ARCHITECTURE
Architecture is always conditional and no design evolves without precedents. Instead of pushing our own agenda, we prefer to get a sense of who our clients are - their values, aspirations, and specific desired uses of space within their homes. We then thrive on designing homes around our clients.
These spaces may reflect their past, be suitable for the client's needs now or represent planning for their future.
INTERIORS
Architecture and interiors come hand in hand, and much of the architecture is reflected in the interiors of a home. HH enjoys both the externals and internals of a project which promotes seamless connections and processes throughout the entire engagement.
From a simple Kitchen renovation to furniture and upholstery selections, HH can assist with all steps of the journey.
LANDSCAPE & POOL DESIGN
Similarly, HH can also assist with landscape and pool design to accompany your renovation. HH works closely with their clients to develop the design brief and assist with development approval.
Once the concepts are drawn and approved by the relevant authority, HH will then recommend specific contractors to be included within the building scope.
PLANNING & GUIDANCE
HH has extensive experience with navigating planning controls both at the local council and land environment court level. Local councils are constantly changing the list of requirements associated with planning applications.
HH always strives to be across all changes as they eventuate, to ensure a fast and easy approval process.
