Extend the heritage-listed Federation Semi "Sunnybrae" to house a new level and obtain sea view glimpses.

Our clients came to use with the desire to add a second level to their grand Federation semi located in Bondi. Added floor space was key, with the desire to house the majority of the bedrooms upstairs. They also wished to have a spacious parental retreat facing the sea views to the east.The result was a large first-floor extension of three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with plenty of added storage in the existing roof space. Sea view glimpses were also achieved from the parental retreat adding significant value to the property.
